Hello! This is Pepe the Anonymous Frog, I've recently created a new chat on msparp by the name of Heliotropeverse.

Heliotropeverse is a group Steven Universe chat, allowing both canon characters, and OCs created for Steven Universe!

Here is a brief summary of the rules concerning characters, to have a canon character reserved, first you must select a character then put what you'd like to be called beside it. [Ex. Pearl (Insert name of Mun here)] After three days you can come to me and ask to be reserved!

For OCs you must apply in order to become an OC, it doesn't have to be on the Forums, though what would be best suited is to created a Google Document page, then send it to be on the Forums page or show it to me in the chat. I will either accept it, then you may be your OC, or I will deny it and tell you what to change.
