Data or data
I need to know how many people say "dayta" or "dahta". This is very important.

RE: Data or data
As a foreign speaker: both. It depends on preceding words, following words, intonation, accent I'm speaking in (since I switch from British due to some requirements at uni to seem formal, and American when I'm lazy).

So- loud shrug.

Also called Doodlana.

RE: Data or data
I've grown up calling it day-ta, but I can switch between both terms depending on who I'm talking to (how they say it).
