update 4/4/2018: so yeah i've finally decided to close this memo. to be perfectly honest, i really don't think highly of my banners. i don't think they look horrible but certainly not "good", this is the first reason why i am discontinuing this. secondly, it takes me a fair amount of time and stress to make each one and if i don't feel satisfied with the result, i really don't see why bother making these anymore. and lastly, it was kinda entertaining in the beginning but the fun kinda died out overtime as i moved on to different things such as pixel designing. i don't know when or if i will re-open this memo but for the meantime i hope you understand and thank you for reading this.
